Three years after the adoption of the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness the 3rd High Level Forum (HLF)  in Accra, Ghana,  September (2-4)  will take stock of  progress in improving aid effectiveness and chart a way forward for  improving aid quality and development effectiveness to 2011 and beyond. These agreed actions will be outlined in the Accra Agenda for Action (AAA).  Ministers and Heads of  Bilateral and Multilateral Agencies from over 100 developed and developing countries will consider how they can work better together to help developing countries in the fight against poverty by making aid more accountable, transparent and results oriented.
